Suggestions for use, transportation and storage

Storage environment:

Do not store the product in an environment below 0 ° C, so that the rheological characteristics of the solder paste will not be jeopardized during thawing. Temperature control: 0-10℃ Humidity control: 45%-65%

Use

2.1 Ensure proper use of solder paste in all modes. Check solder paste type, alloy type and mesh type Different solder paste is used for different application modes or production

2.2 It takes at least 4 hours for the solder paste to thaw out from the refrigerator to room temperature during storage

Not lower than 0 degrees.

★ Avoid crystallization

★ Ensure that the solder paste is returned to the usable condition

★ Prevent solder paste caking

However, after thawing, both used and unused solder paste can recover its properties. (ready)

Note: Refer to the following solder paste storage life)

2.3 Stir the solder paste completely and gently before use, usually for 1 minute.

Even out the solder paste

2.4 At any time during use, the pantol guaranteed that only one jar of solder paste was open.

Ensure that fresh solder paste is used at all times of production

2.5 For the solder paste that has been opened and remains, the inner and outer covers must be tightly covered when not in use. Prevent the solder paste from drying and oxidation, and extend the solder paste's own life during use

2.6 When using solder paste, implement a "first in, first out" working procedure. Make the solder paste always in the best performance state

2.7 Ensure that the solder paste is "hot dog" roll when printing, and the thickness of "hot dog" is approximately equal to 1/2 to

3/4 of the height of the metal scraper.

★ Guide method for monitoring solder paste viscosity

★ Correct rolling ensures that the solder paste is beautifully printed into the opening of the steel mesh

2.8 PCB printed with solder paste, in order to ensure the best soldering quality of solder paste, in 1 hour to the next process. Prevents solder paste from drying out and decreasing viscosity

2.9 The solder paste should not be used for more than 1 hour. In order to maintain the best condition of the solder paste, the solder paste should not be left on the steel net. Prevent solder paste drying and unnecessary steel mesh plugging

2.10 Try not to put fresh solder paste and used solder paste in the same bottle. When the solder paste is to be removed from the steel mesh, it is to be filled with another empty bottle.

★ Prevent fresh solder paste from being contaminated by old solder paste

★ For the storage method of used solder paste, see the previous "storage" procedure;

2.11 When mixing old and new solder paste, it is recommended that 1/4 of the old solder paste and the newly opened solder paste be evenly stirred together.

Keep old and new solder paste in top condition when mixed together

Solder paste use environment:

★ Temperature: 22-28℃

★ Humidity: 45%-65%

3.1 The cover is not opened

It is recommended that the uncapped solder paste has the longest life in the above mentioned environment: 7 days

3.2 Open Cover (but not used)

When the outer cover is opened, it is no longer a sealed environment. Take out the inner cover and put in the inner cover and the outer cover

Go back. If this is done, the lifespan is: 2 days

3.3 Open cap (used, recycled from steel mesh into bottle)

Solder paste has been printed on steel mesh, recommended maximum use time: 12 hours

Packing and Transportation:

4.1 The solder paste is packed in a foam box, and the solder paste is pressed tightly with the inner cover to minimize the exposure of the solder paste to the air. Put the ice pack into the foam box, control it at a low temperature environment, and make the solder paste in the best performance state.

4.2 Each bottle is 500g, wide mouth plastic bottle packaging, the standard package of goods is 10kg.

4.3 The batch number of each solder paste is based on the production date.

5. Health and safety precautions

5.1 Solder paste is a chemical product, mixed with a variety of chemical ingredients, it should be remembered to avoid multiple close smelling smell, let alone edible.

5.2 In the welding process, part of the smoke produced by the flux in the solder paste will stimulate the respiratory system of the human body, and may cause discomfort to the human body in the exhaust gas for a long time. Therefore, it should be ensured that the work site is well ventilated, and the welding equipment must be equipped with sufficient exhaust devices to discharge the exhaust gas.

5.3 Necessary precautions should be taken to avoid contact with human skin and eyes. In case of contact with skin, wipe the area immediately with a cloth stained with isopropyl alcohol and wash thoroughly with soap and water.

5.4 Do not eat or smoke during operation. Wash hands with soap or warm water before eating.

5.5 Waste solder paste and cleaning cloths stained with solder paste after cleaning should not be discarded at will. They should be put into sealed containers and disposed of in accordance with relevant national and local regulations.

5.6 Other precautions Please refer to the Material Safety Specification Sheet (MSDS) provided by the company.
